Brand new to Surf Life Saving NZ?
You need to submit an online application at the Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) website. The club will accept it and you'll be assigned your SLSNZ membership number. You won't need to complete this process again and there is no fee. Next step is to complete the club's 2024/2025 Membership Form and pay your subs.
A member of another surf club?
If you are or have been a member of another surf club you will need to transfer your membership to Titahi Bay SLSC. You'll need to log in to the SLSNZ Member Portal to do this - email the SLSNZ Team to get your login and further instructions to complete this process.
A Titahi Bay SLSC member?
If you already have a membership with Titahi Bay SLSC you can renew this annually via Sporty by filling in our 2024/2025 Membership Form.

Senior members have voting rights and are eligible to attend courses and events organised by the club and SLSNZ to further develop their lifeguarding and patrol support skills. $110.
Equipment fee 1 – compulsory for oceans athletes and competing lifeguards. This is a fee to cover the costs of repairing and replacing gear used by the athletes. $100.
Equipment fee 2 – compulsory for oceans or craft athletes with their own board or ski and is based on the assumption that the athlete will use their own board at all trainings and events. This is a fee to cover the costs of repairing and replacing other training equipment and gear used by the athletes when not using their own knee board. $50.
Non members are welcome to our club if they are accompanied by a member. We will now have a visitor book at the bar and all non members will be required to be signed in by a paid-up member so they can drink at the bar and use the facilities.
